I'll have to try this one. I use a spoon and pry the lid until I hear the seal pop, some lids are more finicky than others but it works :3

If that doesn’t work, apply firm pressure to both sides of the lid of the jar at the same time until it pops. Should open no problem.
If you don’t have enough strength to do that, run the metal lid under very hot water until it warms up. It will expand and be easier to open.

Better still put a screw driver tip next to the tiny groove on the lid just under the rim and twist! It releases the pressure i never knew this ive just tried it and the lid was easy to twist ....less mad than this idea 💡best vlog tip I've ever found on YT ! No not this one...no violence needed 😮
