Does anyone here actually care about stopping 😂 disc breaks are miles better. I’d much rather have a bit extra weight and peace of mind than have to worry about trying ride with rim breaks in the rain

No thanks, at 80-90kg it's preferable to have the bigger rotor and 40g extra.

Before you are talking in 250+ grams on a bike in savings it is really meaningless

Hahaha just another sas excuse to justify disc frameset. Smaller rotor means less braking power which requires more frequent harder use on the brake lever. Say hello to overheating rotors, pistons and welcome more rubbing and poor alignment
