1 REP MAX TEST BY CALISTHENICS ATHLETE - SQUAT/DEADLIFT/CHIN UP/DIP OVER 959LBS LIFTED!! This video shows me test out my 1 rep maxes on Dips, Chin ups, Deadlifts and Squats. If you are looking to test out your 1 rep max make sure you warm up properly and go up in small increments but make sure you don't wast all your energy from the start. This is a good test of your strength and it should be re-tested 3-4 times in a year max!! its not sustainable and drains your CNS by lifting your max rep every week.

70KG weights on the chin up is brilliant. I thought I was doing good with 1 rep at with 20KG. You've just motivated me to try to get higher. I got the same AQF belt too, so it's reassuring to see it can handle some serious weight. Cheers.

I've been training Calisthenics and weights for the past 6 months, you've really inspired me and taught me a lot. I'm able to do the L sit, tucked planche and muscle up. Just wanted to give you the credit you deserve...Great vid!

Good job, my maxes are:

Dip: 47, 5 kg
Pullup: 40 kg
Deadlift: 140 kg
Squat: 120 kg

Nice strenght for your size.
One tip on your deadlift, you move your hip up just a tad fast, try and get a slight bit further with your legstrenght to keep your back nice and straight. (it had a slight curve)

Didnt start the weighted pull up from a dead hang makes a huge difference.

This was sick! I love seeing what calisthenics guys can lift with weights. Its crazy cause most big guys in the gym cant get close to these numbers. Would have loved to see bench press as well

Most lifters do deadlift last, or at least after all of the other big lifts. It's very taxing for your CNS.

Nice dude, i have 80kg and my maxes are:
Wide pull up: 60
Dip: 75
Deadlift: 200
Bench: 125
Squat: 120 (weak cuz my knees
are injured)
