Hi, I have the processing changes thing going on, but the number of changes is slowly reducing, should I wait for it to get to zero, and see If it starts syncing at that point ?

It does seem to be a problem caused by a temporary loss of internet connection. I usually fix it by exiting OneDrive (right-click / Exit on the cloud icon) and restarting it (from the Mac Launchpad). Of course, the good ol' boys at Redmond have the best internet connections money can buy, so they never tested for that...
