I really like the way the intensity, type, the extension and the fluidity of the exercices mix perfectly with the music you pick.

I'll update everyday bc I want my QUARENTINE DAYS TO WORK FOR SOMETHING
1st day✅: Was pretty hard for me because I never exercise in my daily life, I sometimes walk to home from subway this is the only thing I do :D so I stopped the video to rest for like 10 times but im hopeful for the next days!
2nd day❌: I'll be honest, skipped that day.
3rd day✅: Definitely it was easier than the first day. I only had to stop like 5 times
4th day✅: sorry guys I was sick for the last couple of days so I could not do this but I'm gonna continue and do this everyday! I stopped counting the days so im gonna write 4th day but actually I stopped for a couple of days so its not actually 4th day:D whatever, today was reaalllly hard I literally cried because of pain it was even harder than the first day but im not stopping yet. Also I decided to do 15 min ab workout video from MadFit in addition to this so that I can have abs until summer
