Great tip!

Lemon/lime juice prevents browning on all kinds of foods. Apples and avocado included!
No need to soak or rinse and you don’t taste the citrus.

Your recipes all look so good! My parents don’t make lunch for me so I figured I’d make some of your recipes for my own school lunch!

I live in Singapore, so usually the kids here don’t bring lunch at all, we just buy food from the school canteen. Some kids do bring lunch tho

To have a sweet treat you could put butter cinnamon and a little bit of sugar into a pan and cook it down to make a cinnamon sugar glaze put it on top of the apples and put in the refrigerator
