There's several meanings to this
1. It's a trap to get you to run to the stage, wasting time and allowing Moondrop to kill you.
2. The CD in the Atrium that unlocks Vanessa dialogue with her therapist (but why would she want you to have that.)
3. It's bugged because they have admitted Vanny is bugged (she was supposed to appear WAY MORE throughout the game.)
4. The game is unfinished.
I think the most likely option is the first, however even if it is because the game is unfinished Steel Wool did confirm DLC in 2022 so hopefully that means a legit way to earn level 10 security etc.

This is the moment that made me realize how unfinished this game really was. Like most other things I could wrote off as a game dev being to big for its britches and making a map too big to waste time. But this felt so jarring and incomplete to me

It may have been just a lure for Moon to catch you, since there is nothing there after you enable 6:00 am mode, so the thought was there was a secret prize but it’s probably more a time waster.
