How come you did not comment on the Octopus with a key!!! There's a card with an Octopus holding a Radianite Ore/Nugget and then there's that on the wall facing the bait shop.

Floating islands billboards are actually kingdom's adds. They probably use radionite to make those islands float. They might be using those islands to justify their use of radionite to ppl, while perhaps using it for other matters. However the only thing that is 100% true is that it is Kingdom's add. You can see the exact same islands on other maps.

some agents work for kingdom and some area against it and kingdom also has the ability to clone the agents as we learn from killjoy. So maybe the rats means lab rats and some of the agents arent willing to be with the radianite but they kingdom can either clone them or force them to.

There is 3 tf2 easter eggs in valorant
1. In Haven the tower on site A had sniper's rifle and his jarate

2. Raze said "get em jett i cant wait for you to run circles around them" and one of scout's lines is being "I'm running circles around you! "

3. In the new map Icebox when you spawn in the ship there is a sign says "Intruder Alert!" above you

My theory about anti kingdom propaganda poster is that the Venice was the first instance where people can see the power of radionite so people hadn't really known much about it. After the Venice, we can see a lot of posters elsewhere. For example Bind is in the process of turning a city into Kingdom's outpost. There we can see a lot of anti kingdom posters. This also may be the reason why they are advertising their floating islands so much. They are trying to cover their works with "paradise in the sky".
