How To Make Healthy, High Protein, Peanut Butter and Jelly Reese's

Macros Per Cup: 100 calories, 14C (4 fiber), 3F, 10P
1/2 Cup (48g) PB2
1 1/2 Tsp (6g) Sugar substitute
1/8 Tsp salt
4 1/2 Tbsp Water
Mix and Combine

Spray 2 double wrapped cupcake papers with non-stick cooking spray
Fill both with 1/4 of your peanut butter mix
Top with 1 tsp of your favorite low calorie jam
Top each equally with the remaining peanut butter

Freeze for an hour and a half...
or less if you want them more gooey chewy

Looks awesome, I'm going to try these tonight. I tried the ramen noodles of yours and they were awesome(made me feel like a college student again). Have you ever tried making the protein chips ala quest? I'm guessing you'd have to bake them some how. I was debating on the platain chips, but I've got this morbid fear of carbs(weird eh?) Keep up the great work man!

+The Diet Chef mine tasted pretty good! But when i took them out of the freezer they were way to hard to eat, and if i let them sit for like 5 minutes they started to melt/drip. Is that supposed to happen?
