I’m watching this because I often have dreams of “the one that got away” over 20 years ago.
After years since our breakup one day we reconnected through Facebook, we exchanged phone numbers and talked over the phone she’s married now and has a family so in a sense I knew there was no chance in getting back together. I remember one conversation we had about us she told me that even though it’s been years I was still haunting her in her dreams and sometimes she would space out thinking about me even when her husband was present like while watching a movie or laying in bed before falling to sleep. I wanted to tell her so bad I was going through the same thing and I wanted her back! but then I thought about her new life, her family, so I decided to keep my mouth shut. I knew I could definitely get her back in my life but I also knew I would hurt alotta people if I did.

This has been happening to me and it pisses me off. It’s been a year since we broke up and I have moved on with someone who treats me better than my ex ever did. Yet my ex is in my dreams. She called me a month ago asking if we can be “friends” again. I feel guilty every time my ex enters my dreams because they aren’t necessarily bad they remind me of the time when were happy together. I know this can’t be achieved again, but holy shit I hate that my sub conscious even ponders a relationship with her.

Here's something, I've broken up with someone over 13 years ago, since then I had children with someone else, had a few other relationships, had an 8yrs relationship, achieved a lot in life etc. And for the past 13yrs somehow I'm still dreaming about her every week. She's now married with children etc, and I'm over it, I'm good, but somehow for 13yrs I still dream of her. It's like mentally fucking crippling, because I'm not actively trying to get back with her or anything, but then bam subconsciously she always comes up.

I had moved on, it’s been 2 years since we broke. I met few people since we broke up. Im at my late 30’s and I can’t deny that she is the only person that are well connected to me outta many girl I’ve met in life. I was the one who got rid of my ex girlfriend. I discarded her ass like a piece of trash. I just don't know why I keep dreaming of her. She was so evil that even in my dreams she is doing evil things.
