Well done i have one of these lathes since 1993 has been very useful you have sorted the left hand thread problem in a super way i will be doing this to mine also thank for sharing

I have this same machine, bought it in about 1990. I knew nothing about machining, and I thought the added milling capability would be good. Not to be- this (ShopTask) is terrible, backlash all over and the threading is very hard to set up. Still, I was able to do a lot of paying work with it over the years, and I still have it.
