Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Financial management is a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future.., I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life!!

#19 and #20 have changed my life. The feeling of not feeling like there’s enough time in life because you are constantly seeing people ahead of you is catastrophic. Putting down your phone and actually doing what you need to do shows you there is an insane amount of time.

No bullshit. Just a man giving good advice and dropping knowledge.
Thank you.

Number 33 Cant be overstated. A bad partner can make you miserable and set you back more than you can imagine in life.

Recently turned 30 and my friends have all gone. No idea how to make new ones, now. Live it up.

No.7 is bang on. I was a small time author in my twenties and told myself if I hadn't made significant progress by the time I was 40, it will probably never happen. However, I continued to make slow progress and when I was 49, I was invited by BBC Audio to pitch ideas for their "Doctor Who" audiobook range. Now at age 54, I am the proud author of two releases read by actors from the TV series and enhanced by sound effects. Real dream-come-true stuff in my mid-fifties! So never put time restrictions on your goals.

Im 29. Please, for the love of god take care of your health. For the majority of my 20s, I was an extremely heavy drinker and overweight. Only in the last year (because of an extremely scary health problem) did I seriously get sober and start working out.

The older you get, the harder it is to get back into shape.

Get sober.
Get in shape.
Stay in shape.

I’m 37 and made goals to be married, become a father, have my house paid off and have 100k in my 401k by age 30. I hit those targets and guess what? I’m divorced, bought another house and I turned my first house into a rental home. My advice is to try and be content with where you are because when you’ve reached all of your goals, you’ll be standing on the other side saying to yourself, “Now what?” Always aim for improvement but don’t stress about it too much.

thank you bro.. I am 26 currently and a little bit lost in my life and I wasted more than an entire year because I drowned in fear of the future. It paralyzed me. I couldn't do basic stuff because I spent every minute of my life worrying about graduating in college, getting a new apartment asap and find a better job all at the same time and as a result I didn't accomplish anything of that.
I just started to realize that my own worries are my biggest enemies and I am battling them now.

Great video. 33 years old here and damn time is so precious. My exercise regime is as consistent as possible. I'm not going to be a health guru but I'm doing my best. I'm also changing my friend circle lots.

This is better advice than 99.99% +.01 of self improvement gurus out there.

This has been the best self help video I've ever watched with no BS course or cliff hangers. Concise, straight to the point, and not drawn out for view time.

I am 28 and I am working on myself on a daily basis. Haven't skipped the gym in a year and landed a new job with new challenges like new tasks, more responsibilities and lots of business travels.

However, I still feel a bit lost so your advice and the final statement that you feel better at 44 compared to you in your 20s gave me additional hope.
