In this video, I will show you " How to resolve the "Restore point could not be created for the following reasons" issue(s) you might be getting. I'm showing you a quick fix for the problem.
All you need to do is go to Windows Services. Here, find a service called Volume Shadow Copy and restart it. If it's not running, start it. Also, make sure that its Startup type is set up to Automatic.
