How do you get the Animation to stop and start on key press and release?

I stuck when i left or right arrow is down my character go this is normal but i need when i press attack me character stop but  all time when i hold left or right he no attack;/help please

When I set the walking animation, my character's animation would sink down into the ground unlike when he stands! Any idea how to fix it?

Can you help me when I run the menu on Firefox it only shows the menu for 0.4 seconds and the screen turns white help pls
