The Mississippi River should’ve been contained by now. We should’ve used government dollars to build a system of tunnels and underground storage (man-made) to divert these flood waters out west where they’re needed.

It seems fair that farmers bear the brundt since their field tiles and destruction of land are the cause. They killed all the good fish too.
