For those who wonder how to turn on "game mode" on the new version.
Tap 3x on the left earbud.
Remember, left.
Because tap 3x on the right earbud is for voice assistant.

From my experience, if they’re not connecting to your phone or if only one connects then you have to reset them, following the exact instructions of this tutorial 👍

I’ve had JVC, JBL, Beats, Bose, Punch, Samsung, and Apple ear buds/pods … these sound just as good if not better then Apple/Bose, battery life isn’t as good tho, but for the price, I’m good.

The left one won’t factory reset. Right one (after reset) now won’t connect to the left one. So I’m stuck with only the left one working. Any solutions?

I can either get one to connect or the other, not both at the same time. Also each earbud has its own pairing, even after I have tried resetting multiple times as described in this video

I have a problem when I take out the headphones, the right one flashes a white light and does not connect and the left one does not charge nor does it turn on, clean the connectors and nothing does not work

can we get an app please...with Equalizer...most other headphones have this...probs will sell these asap and buy one that has an app WITH equalizer... peeps be warned
