If anyone has a problem when the earbuds come up as 2 different bluetooth devices, press them 5 times when in the case, then take them out and press the earbuds 3 times.

I'm having problems resetting the ear buds they won't pair with each other, maybe I'm doing the process incorrectly.
When I leave the lid open the lights are flashing blue and white meaning its trying to pair when I tap the button 5 times they stop then start blinking blue and white again

hello, i have a problem with my soundpeats T2. My soundpeats suddenly died and couldn't pair at all

I was listening to music and suddenly they disconnected. There is no light on both of them. The case shows they're both charging. I can't find them in my Bluetooth settings anymore. I tried to reset them, nothing happened. Idk what to do.

Had these earbuds for a few weeks now and the my left earbud touch control isn’t working. It plays music but can’t be used to toggle down the volume and change modes. I can’t even reset it! Anyone having the same problem?

My headphones just stopped working, they don't turn on anymore, they don't turn on any lights, I've loaded the case and nothing happens, I'm very sad and disappointed

Great quality but they are so thick. I got pretty big ears but they look so strange on me.

Touch controls on earbuds is just a ridiculous idea!

The T2 has various ANC modes, but how to set them, with Morse code?

I had mine for 2 months and rarely used them. Now the left one produces white noise if passthrough or ANC is turned on. I guess the external microphone is broken lol.

I don’t think the touch functionalities work well at all. Good headphones but I guess don’t rely on the gestures.

I've been using it daily since may. Nowdays the hinge became so soft that it does not have that stop motion when openning.

Only thing wrong with my pair is that the function to lower volume doesn't work.
