My aunt lived to 104, never needed glasses, not even to read. She worked in a cafe until age 99. She lived and died in her own home. She was sharp at a tac, ears like a cat. Not fear, you don't even think about running away. I know because that is where I'm at in life. Younger people have children still at home, and life to live. I too was struck by Trump’s nimble reaction to this attack on his person. He reacted so quickly and without panic. As a very healthy 74 year old woman, I wondered if I’d be able to dive to the ground like he did…and get up so nimbly. Thanks for your assessment. I admire your candid and truthful videos.

What this says about Donald Trump is exactly true. On 9/11 my husband, who was a Pentagon operations analyst with a unit temporarily housed in a building across the Potomac River, said he looked around his office and who he could rely on, and who he couldn't, was revealed to him. In fact, a Lt. Colonel took charge of calming people down and getting them organized because the Colonel, who should have been in charge, had panicked and left the building.

I had a friend who was 113. Sharp as a tack. Taught himself to use the computer. Was doing research by himself had email dialogue all kinds of university professors . He survived 5 years in a Russian gulag. He considered it "an adventure". He had a PhD in Chemistry. Spoke 4 languages. Oh and he graduated from a 1 year course in Integrative Nutrition at age 100.
