I love this man’s performance! In a Conan interview, he actually said he arrives on set already in character and remains in character until he goes home for the day. He said he has a tendency to unintentionally freak out the movie crew because of this. If they try to talk to him, they are literally talking to a villain who maintains his frame. Wonderful stuff.
