Rwanda and China have today signed a framework agreement worth US$ 30 million to support the Smart Education Project.
Finance Minister Dr UZZIEL NDAGIJIMANA, says the money would be used for the project that will improve education by providing a solid foundation for digital teaching in Rwanda.
