This doesn’t work always because the heat make the reaction faster and it might harden faster in the cup

Better to warm the compinents seperately in hot water, then mix them. This helps prevent bubbles getting caught as soon as the mixing begins and doesnt heat the mixture unevenly like with a heat gun.
This will reduce work time significantly, so be ready to pour

Wooden stir sticks release air into resin, same.eitn stirring it to quick. Never heard of using alcohol spray for that but I have used it for an effect with alcohol inks. I guess it can pop bubbles in the surface.

Pour slowly on the edge like the pub pour you a pint! and at the same time blow torch the surface every ML the epoxy raises
