Thank you Laura!! I wish i could show you how much you've taught me and how much better my life is because of it!!! I've gone through some hard times, but gardening and my cut flowers have given me the outlet and the hobby that has gotten me through those times! Please never change and remember how you've positively affected the lives of so many through gardening!! Thank you!! ❤️

The garden cleanups and pruning are like a *sigh*....breathing easier and clean. The plants are so happy! A boost of new energy for them.

I am SO grateful for all of your pruning videos. I already tackled my climbing rose this year with so much more confidence, thanks to you and your video from last year. 🥰

This has given me a little more confidence to trim my roses back further than I do now. Thank you!

I have a small lot with only roses and clematis, so I've been pruning roses for over a decade, but I have always found I can't get enough of Laura's clear tutorials. By far the clearest of them all.

I’m so glad you cut the “wonky “ branch at the end it caught my eye immediately and I was like think I would have cut that one 😂 and then you did! I was like hmmmm maybe I could grow something like that because apparently we thinking alike 😊….ty for the video!

A David Austin climbing rose is on order and due to arrive in April. This was PERFECT! At 74 years old I'm doing a woodworking project and building the trellis, this is a first for me. Laura you are such an inspiration to us!

You are such a GREAT teacher! Thank you for always taking the time to fully explain. I know you could make quick work of these jobs but the effort you put into teaching us is so appreciated. I love this channel and look forward to your videos daily. 🤩

Laura, I was so excited to finally meet you at Andrews last week! You, your mom, and sister are all just amazing people! I work in Fruitland and have 2 acres in Star so I am a frequent shopper at Andrews. I can't tell you enough how helpful this video was for me. I planted 10 climbing roses 3 years ago that are finally putting on a lot of growth and need pruning. Every video you do is so helpful and motivating!

I was always hesitant about cutting large canes back, thinking I would kill that cane. But after watching your videos over the years has been so helpful for me to keep a huge pink heritage rose easier for me to maintain. I can actually get into the plant to choose what roses I want for a bouquet. I've followed how to dead head so I choose what direction I need the shoots to grow. It's still a tall rose bush, growing in a weeping willow shape. The branches I let hang over but far from the ground enough to keep any disease from splashing back up on it when I water. I learned to gently water only beneath my roses, feed them well with espoma rose food. Then once a week a water solvable fertilizer on all my plants except lavender. I have a more beautiful landscape now, not loosing plants and placing many more plants in an area if I go with taller plants in the back adding more to the front by size. I even planted Holly Hock up against the house behind the shrubbery, something I would never have thought of on my own. It's beautiful and brings so much color in summer. On front of my shrubs I brought our more space adding Hostas, corabells, and bubble gum pink petunias that grow around and carpets the area. Where it use to just be a hedge in front of the house now it's a display of color that even my husband compliments on all the time. Saying you should have done this years ago. But I didn't know. I have not an ounce of seeing things how it could look. So I copy some what of your designs. Of course I can't do as much, but I am adding every year. Just planted a flowering crabapple tree yesterday. Never knowing there were kinds that didn't drop crabapple in the fall, making a mess to clean up . I tell all my friends to join your channel. It's inspirational and learning. ❤

Great testament for the Felco 2 pruners. Zipped through the rose canes.

Thank you, laura. I planted a David Austin climbing rose to go across my fence. It took off last year and I was nervouse about pruning it back. I didn't know if I should cut off the limbs from the canes. I know this video may feel redundant to you but I'm so glad you took the time to show us your process. I feel more confident now to prune mine back. :)
