Okay here is a huge piece of advice. Eat pineapple during your recovery. Bromelain, an enzyme that comes from pineapple, has reduced post-surgical swelling, bruising, healing time, and pain. Good luck, I’m so proud of you! ❤

Hey a big suggestion is that when the middle starts to heal the clips holding the binder will rub at your healing incisions. I put a soft gauze there to keep it from doing that
