How lucky we have been to have had the opportunity to see one of the best baseball players in history, "The machine". Without a doubt, I think he will unanimously enter the hall of fame.

If you didn't get to see Pujols in his prime years then you should go watch some highlights because people only mention his HR hitting nowadays... but in his prime his was just a machine at hitting the ball. Period. Base hits everywhere.

I remember hearing his name for the first time on a small AM radio I took to school with me so I could listen to the 3 PM opening day game while I came home on the school bus. What excitement this man brought to my teens and 20's, and now my 37 year old self. I couldn't drive when I first heard of him. I've graduated high school, college, got married and had 5 kids since I first heard his name.

There may be no crying in baseball, but I'm not playing baseball right now. So....

I saw a stat not too long ago, that Pinole has gotten a hit off %10 of the pitchers to ever play in the majors. Absolutely insane.

Albert has become one of the all time greatest players of all time and I love just how incredible he has become with the Cardinals Angels and Dodgers. Having 700 home runs in his final year in his MLB career was indeed a story we will remember 🙌
