'And that swing right there, it will not be nearly the last' Here we are 700HR later. I think we can say that was an accurate call for his first HR.

Albert Pujols started playing when I was in the 6th grade. Now I am 34 and he has 700 home runs Incredible!

it's honestly very fitting for him to hit #700 at dodgers stadium. LA still has love for Tio Albert, and the fact that he did it in his third home, with his OG team, that something really special. we miss you here in LA Tio Albert.

When Pujols hit his first HR I was 5 months old, now I'm 21 and a senior in college, I literally can't remember a time when he wasn't smashing homeruns, truly one of the best baseball careers of all time

Thank you Albert Pujols for enriching baseball life for me and thousands of others. When you first came up I was naive, thought someone like you comes around every 10 years. Now your in a club only 4 people have made it to in over 200 years of baseball. What a player, even better human, thank God for Albert Pujols!

Man...I love seeing that smile on his face as he rounds the bases for 700. Makes me so happy to be a Cardinals fan and seeing my favorite player come home!

I have a little story for you. I am a lifelong Cardinal fan, and I am no spring chicken. The first time I saw him swing a bat years ago I said to myself that is the best and purest swing I have ever seen. It was poetic to me as a baseball fan. In the off season last year, I posted a big rant on YouTube to the Cardinals orginization as to how I would be absolutely done with the Cardinals and baseball if they didn't bring Albert home to go off into the sunset with dignity and love in the place and with the team and the fans that knew and loved him best. Everyone said he was washed up. Everyone said there was no way it would happen. But it did. I don't think I have ever been happier than to see Albert hit his 700th in a Cardinal uniform. Thank you Albert for all the memories and for having the grit and the guts to come back home for this last run. I will never forget it. God Bless you.

On homer 300 I still miss that sound when a run was scored. I want it back!

0:35 that was quite a good call for Albert's first HR. You can really tell how much respect we all have for him by watching him get those curtain calls in other ballparks. It will be a LONG time until we see anyone else reach 700 HRs. Congrats Albert!

Even people who aren’t Cardinals fans respect Albert so much and even young fans look up to him as inspiration to maybe start playing baseball. Congratulations on 700 Albert 🎉!

Man when I got my signed Albert Pujols bat....He is such a nice was when he signed it for it's locked away.... Because he has always been a favorite and his bat, especially to meet him and get a signature....Just wow....I still hope he pulls a Tom Brady and unretires and says he still wants to play next year....But I've been really hoping he could get to 700 because his home run swing is a thing of the fan who caught his 700th ....He said "She can keep it, it's for the fans" He still is such a nice guy....While many of these pros get super ego about things....But he just plays and has a good time....Thanks Albert for the autographed bat! Still hoping you'll keep playing! Love that home run swing!

I may be a Jays fan from Toronto, but you gotta love Albert. Well respected by his peers and opposing organizations. He's had a great career. It was nice to see him on a bit of a hot streak lately to reach this milestone too. He's still got a bit left in the tank. Get em Albert 🥊💥
