Iowa Interstate BISI ethanol train delayed in LaSalle, IL finally moves on to Silvis Thu 1/18/24

This WB (rare in wintertime daylight on the east end of the IAIS Blue Island Sub) was delayed by a few hours at MP97 and is seen heading past the set out track (where a couple other tank cars from an EB caught by a detector sit awaiting disposition) and the iconic Westclox building at LaSalle/Peru IL about noon Thursday January 18th, 2024.

I'm in the parking lot of the former Monari's 101 Club restaurant.
