I love that they have fruit with breakfast. When I spoke at a pedigree conference in Cape Town we stayed with a local man. Breakfast was all kinds of berries with light and heavy cream, half a sweet roll, and half a piece of Canadian bacon. That seems so unusual that I thought I'd share it. Wouldn't it be wonderful to have berries with cream every morning! (We did each day for the four days we stayed with him.)

I love fried cornmeal mush, my mother made it for us when we were kids.

I really love the picture where the little girl is sitting on the stepstool; whatever it takes to get a seat at the table. The cornmeal mush and the fried cornmeal is new to me.
