Hi Kevin, How is the rolled up intrest calculated?

Do bridgers charge 1% - 2% intrest on the 75% loan and then charge 1% - 2% on the refurb tranches?

Or do they add up the total amount they have lent you, and then add 1% -2% intrest ?

Also, is there a minimum amount bridgers lend on a refurb bridge?

Hi Kevin... Thanks for drilling down into this product. I've heard you talk about this bridge before but only just realised that it would have been ideal for me on my current project. Indeed, it sounds like an ideal product. So why is it not more popular and more widely available? What's the catch? Is it more expensive than a standard bridge?

Hi Kevin great video, I usually buy properties with an end value of 75 to 120 k is there a limit on the end valuation for this type of bridge loan

hi Kevin,
regarding finding a 25 percent deposit for the refurb bridge, can you further reduce the deposit amount by using a market value bridge and the get the 100 percent refurb or for the refurb bridge you will have to put down EXACKLY 25 percent to qualify for the 100 percent refurb?
