If these suspects were hit men arranged by Kelly in August as per cellphone traces why is she not amongst the suspects in court 😢😢

Well done Adv Mshololo in asking the witness if she knows the difference between real tears and crocodile tears👏 Is it material whether those that were in the house wer wailing & crying? This does not disprove our theory that there was an argument between the occupants in the house & Senzo was accidentally shot! There wer no intruders! I see clear biasedness from the judge!

Why this judge behaves like this, where does this anger come from and I feel like he’s trying to suffocate these solicitors and he undermines them as well, he thinks that he knows law better than other people

Witness testimony is a fundamental aspect of any investigation or legal proceeding. However, it is well-known that different witnesses can provide varying accounts of the same incident, even if they were present at the scene at the same time. This variation can be attributed to several factors, including perception, memory, biases, and the way our minds interpret and process information. Let's examine each of these factors in detail:

1. Perception: Individuals perceive the world around them differently based on their personal experiences, background, and sensory abilities. This means that witnesses at the same scene could have differing perspectives due to variations in visual acuity, hearing ability, or even the angle from which they observed the event. For example, someone standing farther away may have a less detailed view compared to another person standing close.

2. Memory: Human memory is fallible and subject to various limitations. Witnesses must encode, store, and retrieve information, which can introduce errors and distortions. Memories can be affected by several factors, including the presence of stress or emotions during the event, selective attention, and distractions. This means two witnesses may recall different aspects of an incident or even forget certain details altogether.

3. Cognitive Biases: Cognitive biases are inherent tendencies in human cognition that can influence perception, judgment, and decision-making. Different witnesses may have their biases, which can impact their interpretation of events. For instance, confirmation bias leads people to favor information that confirms their preexisting beliefs or expectations, influencing the way they interpret and recall an event.

4. Interpretation and Framing: Witnesses interpret and frame events based on their prior knowledge, cultural background, and personal beliefs. This can significantly impact how they understand and recount what occurred. Even if two witnesses observed the same incident, they might focus on different aspects or interpret them through their unique lens, resulting in differing accounts.

5. Emotional State and Attention: People's emotional state at the time of witnessing an event can impact their attention and focus. Strong emotions, such as fear or excitement, can narrow attention and cause tunnel vision, leading witnesses to miss important details. Different witnesses present at the scene may have experienced varying emotions, thus influencing what they noticed and remembered.

6. Post-Event Information and Suggestions: Witnesses can be influenced by information they acquire after the event, such as media coverage or conversations with others. This post-event information can alter their perception of the incident and subsequently influence their account. Additionally, witnesses may inadvertently incorporate suggestions from questioning or leading statements, thus distorting their recollection.

In summary, the differences in accounts provided by witnesses who were present at the same scene at the same time can stem from variations in perception, memory, biases, interpretation, emotional state, and post-event influences. These factors highlight the complexity of human cognition and memory, underscoring the need for careful evaluation of witness testimony in any investigation or legal proceedings...

This case is open, Nthabiseng said she saw the two gentlemen who passed after the second shot, then after they passed the 3rd shot is fired then the defence had to nail those in the house that who fired the 3rd shot? because the suspect they are giving where seen running after the second shot and before the 3rd shot.
