Jerry Goldsmith is responsible for this musical theme - he originally composed this melody for the loading dock of the Enterprise scene from Star Trek: The Motion Picture.

They used this piece for a flyby of the USS Titan in Picard Season 3. I have to admit to choking up.

The only bit missing here is the end of the Blue Skies sung by Brent Spiner.
"...nothing but blue skies do I see" and THEN the transition into this piece.

Honestly aside from the original from TMP, this is by far my favorite rendition of this theme

This piece of music is very beautiful, but the second half sounds kind of downbeat, probably because the end was near for the Next Generation cast and as a result the second half makes me feel sad.
