There are Architect and Civil Engineering design simulator already, it's called Sketchup and Civil 3D

They're making all these simulator career games so that we can either

A. Live out our dreams
B. Explore the career if we're too broke
C. Curious/Bored
D. All of the above

It could be more interesting if the game let us design a house at random site with random situation and condition, where it demand players to think how is the air circulation, lighting, material efficiency, sustainability etc.. not just build a house, because in the end the day architecture is not just about beauty, its about problem solving too... but so far its a great game, definitely gonna buy it
