Yep, take my money, I've been waiting for something like this since Sims 4. It would be sick if the game also included designing the electrical and water systems. Also, please allow mods on PC.

This could become an excellent education and prototyping tool. Especially if you can set the geographic location for accurate seasonal sun and shadow positions.
