NZ are in trouble for the WC, that goal aside they offered absolutely nothing in attack and basically parked the bus the entire game. The scoreline flattered them.

Watching this now in 2023, New Zealand will struggle to even score ONCE! at the World Cup. How can a national team go backwards so rapidly?

First of all they are too dependent on Kerr. With so much possession, they again couldn’t convert the advantage. It’s all right against weaker teams but against top 10 teams they concede goals and struggle to score. These games should have used to give younger inexperienced players the opportunity because the majority of the selected team have a lot of caps and you know what you are going to get. Their problem is their technical ability or skills up against quality opposition as their mistakes are punished. It’s same old same old and they are not improving. Just my observations.

what a disgrace NZ . no attack and terrible defence at the end . Saved it for 93 min to let 2 in in the last 90 seconds . Fire the coach also . Cmon kiwis we got to do better .

to many blacks shirts in the goal box and no one, no one marking oz top player...I coached many a team, and nz is got to get away from the playing positions, and instead mark up..

So many mistakes by the NZ goalkeeper... Its a constant factor in womens football...
