When Paul Kantner died they should have just hung it up. Well, David Frieberg was the bass player for Jefferson Starship (and Quicksilver Messenger Service before that) so it does have an iota of authenticity. Still should have just forgot about it when Kantner died. Bills got to be paid though so on they go. Couldn't have made much as the David Freiberg Band. "Who?"
