Rachel can do justice for any song she sings. Cant get enough of her!

What a voice! There's no autotune or anything here. It's just so real, like in the old days.

Covering a song like this is so brave and everyone has their opinions subjective to their own biases…That being said I truly enjoyed the liberties taken with the vocal presentation. Beautiful voice and such killer vibrato.

Yup, she's no Grace Slick but she is Rachel Price. Both phenomenal in their own rights

Really great rendition, but it also makes you appreciate just how amazing Grace was.

She's such a risk taker. The band Lake Street Dive is so out of the norm, so impossible to pin down. They are great

Rachel informs us exactly what the words to the song actually were. And gives you goosebumps to boot. 😅

As a die-hard Jefferson Airplane fan, I’ll say that Rachel Price and these musicians did a terrific job . The high intensity isn’t easy to bring if you don’t have the voice to back it up, but these folks were great.
I grew up in Southern California as a teenager in the’60’s and was privileged to be able to get to see a huge number of bands (we didn’t think about it being history, it’s just what we did at the time). The Airplane was / is my favorite. Always.

Grace sang it with a noticeable, ever increasing urgency that climaxed into desperation, at the same time time mixing that with what appeared to be unlimited horsepower in her vocal delivery....very hard to duplicate that..

Bravo.. You did a great job on this iconic song. You shouldn’t be compared to Grace Slick, nor should she be compared to you. Two different voices, both terrific in their own right. Kudos to you for taking on such a task!

OMG! Rachael nailed this. I don't care what's in the comments, Rachael's voice is every bit as strong Grace's. Powerful. Never heard of her before but I'm going to find out who she is.

It’s a great version but it also makes you realize what a set of pipes Grace Slick had.

This song brought back memories of my reckless youth. Rachael did a great job; the wonderful lyrics were easy to understand. Thanks for this.

When I saw this in the musicians birthday vid, my first thought while I had goosebumps all over my body was that it should be its own separate video, so I’m very happy to see this. Rachael’s voice is one of a kind! 🌟

I can't think of anyone better to cover this than Rachael Price. This was absolutely beautiful.

Just came across this and was floored by the performance. Not many singers take this song on and Rachael Price put a wonderful spin on the song which I will enjoy many times. As with most classic pieces of vocals, no one seems to do it better than the singer who made it happen and Slick has a well deserved unique place, but it's nice to have a second take on a song I grew up with. Well done.
