Big tip is keep your aisle organized and try and keep things together in the same spot. Use good organization because if your aisles get messy it will slow you down like crazy!

Couldn't hear him too well over the music. All in all I still love these little tips videos. Some people explain it while going 1, 000mph but you make it pretty simple so far. Thank Gawd, lol. When in my interview for overnight stocker they told me I will have two aisles. I've had people tell me they can barely do two, which does worry me tbh. I've stock before on the side, but I wasn't very fast. I could only cut the plastic a certain way pretty quickly but the items were small and it took because I was alone on the candy aisle with three pallets of small candies. I just wanna know how to properly sort, get to know where things go and just build a smooth flow for myself because I'll be working these aisles alone with little supervision and I really wanna make a good impression, but im afraid I may get alil overwhelmed with the amount of pallets and time. They told me that I do the returns for my aisles first when I come in and I work the pallets. I think the sense of being timed puts me on edge if anything because it all hasta be done. Just don't wanna get in trouble really. I wanna be good.

Damn bro stocking at your store and Walmart looks easy af! I work at Sams Club now and it’s huge 40+pound bulks of products and it isn’t that much until you lift those for 8hrs

Bro for frys food in Arizona I work everything on a pallet when I break it down i do it in a u-boat by section. Frys food they build pallet aisle friendly and there's about 2 to 3 pallets that's are mixed. Specially can aisle I work that of a pallet.
