As soon as 'news" programming was included in "sweeps week" I knew there was no such a thing as NEWS any more.

The media is just another form of entertainment, taken from our everyday lives, but to get it to top spots in prime time, they have to spin things just like they do with other “real world” programming like ghost adventures, splicing together all the cool shots into one single hour of intense paranormal activity. Trust me, the real thing is much less glamorous and tedious to the point of boredom for most people.
