Iron Man: Demon In An Armor

Iron Man Becomes Dr Doom. Tony and Victor were roommates in college but they didn’t really get along. One day Victor discovers that his scholarship may not be renewed so he starts working on a secret project but he needs Stark's help. Tony is reluctant at first but ultimately agrees to help. After they complete the project, Tony volunteers to test it. Suddenly he finds himself restrained to the chair. Doom says this is the only way to secure his future.

It turns out the machine was designed for the two of them to switch bodies and erase Tony’s memories. Victor, now in Stark's body, gets Tony expelled and sent back to Latveria. Tony then struggles with addiction while Victor enjoys everything that comes with being Stark. Meanwhile, Tony overcomes his circumstances, becomes a Doctor, and starts Doom Industries. Their latest tech could put Victor out of business so he uses a prototype Iron Man suit to steal it.

When Doom attacks, Tony quickly dons a suit he made for emergency and confronts the attacker. The two instantly recognize each other and begin to fight. However, Iron Man is too strong and the Doom suit wasn’t designed for battle. Tony then hacks Doom's suit and ignites his rockets, incapacitating Victor. Doom begs for his freedom and reveals the truth, offering to give Tony his body back. Tony says the world has come to associate the Stark name with greed and cruelty. He tells him no, because he is Dr. Victor Von Doom, an honorable man.
