The ones that copy official LEGO—or worse, *fan* designs—are truly scummy.

To be fair, some of the brands - like Cobi or Bluebricks for example - I wouldn't call 'fake Lego'. They have simply produced Lego-like bricks ever since the copyright on those has run out, but they're doing legit stuff and pay for licenses just like any other proper company. Often times, their quality is even better than Lego for a better price.

The thing about Cobi is that they’re not exactly fake, they are a good quality and have some amazing solid tanks. If you wanted a cobi tiger 1 minifig scale it would be around $75, but a beyond the brick Tiger 1 minifig scale would be around $200

In my opinion bootleg lego is only good for the figures and weapons. Normally it's the heads that are bad so you could just upgrade them with real lego heads

I liked the Squid Games set the most probably because it looked more legit. The dino was just cursed and fortnite was also nice. Amazing video and editing top notch as always!!

As someone who likes WW2 and Legos, Cobi is really good at making them. The latest one I've built was a WW1 Mark V Tank Museum edition.
