Sandy has increased my already positive assessment of Tesla's engineering through all of his tear-downs and interviews. My own journey with Tesla began with a conversation with a physicist in a bar (no joke) about why I should never ride in a Tesla. I asked why, and he said, "Because you'll want to buy one." I then saw the CyberTruck presentation and ordered it. Then I saw Battery Day and that's what showed me I should own Tesla stock. Why? A complete all-in on their engineering. And I've seen nothing to dissuade me from that, only more and more revelations from people like Sandy Munro to confirm what should be obvious to everyone on your channel, Steven. Tesla's team of engineers, especially with Elon at the helm, is the best team of engineers on the planet (along with SpaceX, because they work together). As well, the culture of the engineering mindset at Tesla maximizes efficiencies and eliminates inefficiencies ruthlessly, which is captured in the systemic knowledge by every engineer and the highly effective communication protocol that has to be in place for these outcomes.

Sandy Munro has definitely influenced my perception and conviction as a TSLA investor, but that same debt of gratitude goes to you Steven. I worked at Tesla for about 3 years and this channel helped keep my hands strong with my company stock (even with my inside info), as well as helped make me successful in some other investments by focusing on fundamentals and time horizon. As a result, I recently was able to leave that job to pursue my dream as a music producer.

I think we should be teaching manufacturing to the younger generations, like high school & elementary school. Young people can come up with incredible ideas 💡 so long as their creativity is both encouraged & preserved. They’d come up with smarter, cleaner ways of manufacturing within all kinds of industries. New ideas, like giga-casting, are priceless & make for enormous improvements in many different ways (reduction in cost, reduction in energy expenditures & increase efficiency across the board)
