You should hit 60 at the end of 2nd gear or the beginning of 3rd. Do it again after you do the break in oil change so you can rev it to 15, 500 rpm’s.

in other countries 0-60 MPH is just 1 gear . to be exact around 108 kph for the zx4rr

It can go from 0 to 60 in around... maybe 4 seconds.
