The New King James study Bible is said by many to be the best study Bible on the market. Thomas Nelson has done a great job once again taking what was already good and help making it better.

That 3rd Edition looks fabulous. I really need a study bible but I will have to sell some of my things to get one. Please pray for me to get one.

Thanks for doing this video.
I have the 2nd edition and I haven't read it enough, it still looks new, I spend more time in my Thompson Chain. Glad to know that I'm not missing much in the 3rd edition.

There are minor differences, such as some articles that were added/removed, but the notes are unchanged. Dr. Radmacher was very clear about that. I'd compare the note at 2 TI 2:13 to be sure, as the early printings of the 2nd edition had a different note. Nice video, brother!

Question...have you ever met a bible you didn't like? Why not? Thanks again.

Thanks your comparison and I see several times, I think the paper liner in the 3rd edition is to reduce cost, and your bonded leather version is also my priority. As there comes the calfskin version which sells near double $$, maybe better quality go there, who know?

Thomas nelson from the first to the second edition initially changed some of the notes against an agreement with the editor Earl Radmacher. Someone snuck in a reformed note and when radmacher found out he was furious. Nelson switched back quickly to the original notes . That video with radmacher is on YouTube also. check the notes to see if any differences from 2nd to 3rd editions. The 2nd edition color version changed some of the articles from the first edition. The newer ones seemed to indicate a change to more of a liberal social gospel stance.

Do you have any idea why 3rd edition doesn't have center colume reference with the grayed background. I really like it and they do it in the kjv as well.

I love your enthusiasm for this bible. How do the study notes’ quality compare to the NIV or ESV study bibles?

I bought the 1st edition back in 2001 and found it to be eminently useful. Could anyone out there tell me how the 2nd or 3rd editions are superior to the 1st? I've never seen them up close, all I know is that the 2nd and 3rd editions do not have the words of Christ in red, which is important to me. Thus, I'm inclined to stick with my 1st edition. Anyone have any insights regarding this?
