Ingredients:
150g flour
50g cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
200g brown sugar
2 large eggs (room temperature)
120ml vegetable oil
1 cup milk + 1 tbsp vinegar or 240ml buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla extract
100g melted chocolate
150g chopped chocolate

For the ganache:
1/2 cup cream
1 cup chocolate

Bake for 18 minutes at 165°C

I additionally added 1tbsp of Espresso to enhance the chocolate flavour. I should’ve used less cream to make the ganache a bit thicker. But they taste heavenly! 😩🧁
