Living in an Asian country. I will say amongst young Asian women this is not the case. They prefer low bodyfat (leanness) and height but not big muscles.

and if you're going to make a change, its important that you do it for you and not for the theoretical possibility that some random woman you know nothing about will slightly prefer one body type over the other
