Not sure if you can help me, I'm not a Sky customer but have inherited a very old Sky box and dish which works with my telephone connection. I can watch Channels 1-5 and random free channels using the Sky remote For nearly two days I'm getting a no satellite signal being received, I've lost BBC One and Two and 5 yet still have Channels 3 and 4 and have lost the free channels. I had the box unplugged overnight with no change Any suggestions? Thank you.

The 2TB main sky q box has satellite signal as it’s connected to the dish, but one of the mini boxes says no satellite signal, even though the mini boxes don’t connect directly to the dish. What’s the problem?

That has an absolute load of cracks. I’m still back to square one no signal no nothing. No one demand no absolute nothing. I’m getting sick of paying all this money to a crap service like yours.
