breakfast can be street food! it's often the time when people need a quick bite if they're busy. think bacon, egg, and cheese on a roll or bagel in NYC or ji dan bing or jian bing in China 😋 the latter has the longest history of any Chinese street food apparently!

Hi! In Algeria they also do a version of it and they call it frites omelette! They usually eat it with mayo in a baguette ❤❤

This is a frites omelette we eat this in algeria we put harrisa which is a chili sauce and mayo in a french baguette. Very delicious.
