9:48 Actually, when you beat those shrines that take your stuff and re-enter. Everything respawns, so you can beat them with your normal equipment for their drops and anything else useful in there like one shrine that has 3 free rubies to grab.

Hey Austin,
Captain 1 horns can spawn from revisits to shrines;
Rasitakiwak (SE of Tarrey Town).
Simosiwak (Bravery Island) - Note this shrine also has 3 rubies siting on the ground at the captain, with another attached to it's sword.
Ijo-o (West Hebra Sky Archipelago) - Not a bad shrine to restock rocket shields.

A cool video idea could be a list of top shrines to revisit for loot.

I believe that this armor is the game's equivalent to the Ancient Armor in BotW, which is why it has that level of defense when upgrading.

@6:25 You don't actually need to launch a block into the sphere, you can instead launch yourself into it (much easier since you can glide) and then autobuild a heavy item (for example I autobuilt a yiga vehicle) onto the switch and it will activate.

Just to let you know, in case you weren’t aware, if you complete a proving shrine and then go back in, similar to how it was in BOTW the blood moon repaint the constructs and you can keep their drops this time!

So the shrines that take your items away and don't let you keep the loot can actually be revisited and it won't take your gear again. So you can revist, fight everything, and keep the materials. I think it's the shrine in the forgotten temple that has a captain 1 construct, and 3 rubies right next to it. I believe it respawns on bloodmoon.

Quick note on the shrines where you lose your stuff: if you go back in after completing, you won't lose your stuff and can collect the drops! Hope this helps

The helm acts like the divine helms in that it affects the avatar’s appearance when you wear it, very awesome.

If anyone needs Captain Construct 1 horns, there are two constructs sitting on the snowy platform just southeast of Gutanbac Shrine (on the Great Sky Island). That’s where I went to farm them as they seemed to be trickiest to find late game!

When on pilar inside, ascend infront of 'sun' and you'll be right above the opening.

Fun fact: While wearing the Zoanite helm, If you have Mineru’s sage unlocked it will wear the helm itself with you

Youuuu might have made getting to Lightcast Island more complicated than it needs to be. The center platform of the archipelago south of it has a thing that launches you. If you point it towards Lightcast Island and use it to launch yourself into the air, you go suuuper high up because of the low-atmosphere effect. No auto-build/machinery needed.

More than worth it I uses the duplication glitch on the things I needed but most of it was already in my inventory. You make getting the armor pretty easy so overall it’s like having the best armor in the game for watching a video! Thx so much you have been helpful again❤
