D line has to make up for the game ending sequence last week. Parker-Hartman with a couple of troubling games. Maybe rolling out Hartman or moving the pocket early in the game once or twice will get him engaged quicker? He seems to see the field pretty good when he's on the move.

Marist missed tackle after tackle after tackle after tackle. He makes incredible plays due to being an amazing athlete, and I think he’s important/vital to our defense, but he’s got to wrap up!

The scouting is poor..preparinng for each game needs to add a different game plan thsn the previous weeks.mix it up. Have the receivers catch 150 passes during practice. Against a good Duke defense I thought some traps, screens and bootlegs should have been used.

Marist made plays, but missed a bunch too. Where is Kiser or Sneed? They aren’t even playing much in the last two games. No apparent substitutions on defense. Tackling needs to improve on D too.

Man, ANY chance I get, I'm taking the 6...now factor in the productivity of NDs kicker...

Can someone convince 8 to tackle below the shoulder, even when he has time, he is way too high. We see the results.

Please cover punt return rules and strategy 101 with 4.

Please leave a shock collar in every locker as a reminder the staff will do WHATEVER it takes to get the team to achieve accountability for pre snap infractions. In all seriousness, that shit has GOT to stop.

TACKLING...DAMN MAN

Pass pro was meh.

D had periods of dominance.

Got the W...10 and 7 when it was time to win...feel like that was, is, will be the case if those calling plays care to know.

That would cause a tear in the fabric of the space time continuum and we’d win every game by 30 and people would lose it lol

Merriweather was a complete shit show against Duke.
3 dropped passes, 3 penalties, 2 false starts, completely inexcusable. And an OPI which was unnecessary & again inexcusable. He didn’t come back on the underthrown heave from Hartman. That’s the play where they initially threw a flag for DPI, but then picked up the flag becUse it was deemed uncatchable. If #5 makes ANY ATTEMPT to come back to the ball that DPI sticks, and moves the ball way downfield, and a new set of downs. He’s got BAD hands, & a football IQ that might hit double digits of the temp gets above 90°.
And I’ve seen/heard it said that Tobias had a bad game. Really? As compared to what? In a season and a half he’s got what 8-10 receptions. & 2 TDs?
He hasn’t had a GOOD game to compare his BAD game to. Unless he has a major turnaround and improves dramatically , he’s going to be nothing but an outside decoy, & occasionally may hit on a go route.
Thank shod Thomas & Greathouse are back tomorrow, & I hope they’re both really 100% ready to go.

Bryan- you are completely misguided with your answer to the play action/analytics question. Analytics people LOVE play action and the value it adds to the passing game. They do not believe it adds no value to the pass game- it’s the complete opposite.

Man I wanna see the young LB’s. These 5 yr players aren’t cutting it for me. As much as they miss tackles. Why not get the young guys in there. Let the speed show out.

Look, it's very simple. Parker is learning on the job. I'm sure he'll be a fine OC eventually, it's just not now.
