Remove/Edit Leaking LSV Load Sensing Valve or Proportioning Valve 2001 Pathfinder

I have a leaking LSV Load Sensing Valve in brake lines of 2001 Nissan Pathfinder. With this older vehicle and expensive OEM parts, rather than replace the LSV or proportioning valve, I chose to remove / edit the OEM part and I found best to replace with a block/tee flared fitting augmented with a manual hydraulic valve to proportion the braking power between front and rear brakes.

Is the adjustable proportioning valve from jegs the same concept you got going on in your video ? I’m needing to get rid of the load sensing valve on my 2000 frontier
