I told myself one day I was over being someone else’s passive income and it only took a few years of that attitude to make it happen.

It feels great to live without payments especially now when prices are so high. I don’t have to worry about losing my home or car because they are paid for. I can save and invest more now that I don’t have freaking payments ❤❤❤❤❤

When your debt free your mindset shifts from getting out of something to getting into something. Instead of saying how can I get out of debt, you’ll say how can I get into this opportunity.

If you save a little money, buy a small land, pour a concrete slab and preinstall drains into floor slab, the smaller the house the better, buy block at $2.50 each then on your days off start a corner, then continue one wall at a time until all 4 are complete. Fill your mistakes with cap blocks then start your roof until complete. Now run your wiring with conduit. Now install your few windows and exterior doors. Now move into your one room house that is already paid for. Now decide where you want interior walls as you can pay cash to complete one at a time. All the while not throwing away rent money so you can be debt free. Now you can work where and when you choose. Stress free life.

I don't know anyone who has become truly wealthy without using debt as leverage at some point or another. Debt is simply a tool, nothing more and nothing less. It's a powerful tool which can be dangerous if used incorrectly, and incredibly valuable if used correctly.

I knew someone that had a perma maxed visa at like 2000$ and paid the monthly and used the paid off portion to buy Starbucks. Tried to explain they they are paying like 30$ per cup of coffee and they weren’t getting it. “Bro the receipt says 6$” 😂

Either you manage your money or someone else like credit card companies do. When someone else does it they are looking out for themselves with your money. Not you. They also own you. You should own you.

30 year mortgages should not be the norm. We're debt free except for the mortgage... and we're only 10 years into a 30. Luckily we have good equity because the market has skyrocketed since 2014, but it still feels like a long way from truly being debt free.

Your features are so symmetrical and feminine. Lovely light is in your eyes. Beautiful inside and out.

Debt free makes sense if you aren’t responsible enough to manage debt. Debt free is not smart in many situations for people who can responsibly handle debt.

Please help me understand how one can say taking a 3% loan on a million dollar house and putting $800k in the market with 6-10% returns is worse than paying $1 million cash.

So easy to say when you’re a multi millionaire. Bidenomics has caused inflation to go over 20% in 3 years while actual wages have gone down. Super Dave talks about how buying a cheap used car is the way to go, but an average car repair is almost $2000. With fuel prices up nearly 30% insurance up over 20% how can the average person replenish their emergency fund?
Great goals, but most of us love getting an interest free loan from Visa for 30 days.
How about teaching people how to effectively manage debt instead of telling everyone to have no debt and pay with cash?
And yes, the price of beans and rice have gone up too

First thing people need to do is stop paying federal income tax on their wages. Wages are not income.

I’m so confused by this. They say to build your credit you must have debt. There’s a way I can build it without having credit cards?!?!?!?

I wonder if they think people who rent are debt free.
